positive people can enhance my life. I am responsible for choosing what influences my life. I must choose my battles wisely and my heroes with care. I am allowed to say no to authority figures when they are wrong. I can also walk away. I can stand up for what I believe. I have good ethics, morals and honesty that guide me in the right direction.
I will surround myself with positive people. I will take part in events that are enlightening. I will take time to learn. I will give these aspects of my life all the power they need to drive me to success and well being. Happiness is a choice. I choose happiness today
Today is a new day, a day to fill with good things. Today I will do things that I am happy about. I will do things for myself, my family and for others. Each task I complete is worthy of celebration. All accomplishments matter. I will keep a collection of possibilities. At the end of the day, I reflect on my success. I will learn what nurtures me.
I will ask the Universe for guidance. I will allow the Universe to guide me. The Universe will help me avoid obsticles and stay on track.
It is up to me to fill the day with good things. I can create my world.
Every day is not a good day. I have survived many events I would rather not repeat. I have learned to avoid repeating the mistakes of my past. Now, the days are better. When I look forward to tomorrow, I draw on the experience of the best of my days. The future looks better all the time. If I had to choose one word to describe my life it would be outstanding.

If I were to walk over hot pavement in bare feet I would walk very fast. Likewise, I do not savor the hard times. I do appreciate every good day. I think about how I can do a repeat performance tomorrow. Every good day deserves another.
Gratitude is the key to abundance and prosperity. I must be thankful for what I have if I want to improve my life. I will appreciate, with all my heart and soul, every aspect of my life. I am receiving gifts from the universe every day. Every moments holds a blessing if I open my mind and my heart. Any time I feel a sense of lack I must remind myself that my life is abundant. The best way to do this is a gratitude list.
I will write out my gratitude list. I will include all the experiences I have had to make me the person I have become. I will list the people who have influenced my life. I will honor all of my life teachers. I will read it and reread it until I can feel the gratitude flowing through my body. As I feel the gratitude I will feed it with all the joy I have experienced. I will honor my gratitude by giving back. I will feel joy radiating from my soul as I give thanks to the Universe.
When I hurt my finger, I put on a band-aid. When I spill the milk I clean it up. I do the same with my life. When I am emotionally wounded, I seek out all the sources of healing that I have. I get on the phone and talk about how I feel with someone who I know to be a good listener.
I will celebrate the healing by doing something that I love doing. While I am doing it, I think about how much I love myself, that I deserve to do things that I love. I will take note of the joy that I feel as I do it. I will feel so much joy that all my thoughts will become joyful thoughts and my entire life will become loving, joyful and abundant.
I enjoy the spiritual education I receive every day. My educators offer great wisdom. They are everywhere I go. I see them in my yard and in my home. Sometimes they are on TV.
I learn about the universe by observation. I take note of how I feel when I am in the presence of my sources. Nature is my primary spiritual source. The universe provides me with feelings that tell me what matters.
daily meditation gives me the peace and clarity to serve the Universe.
I will ask for enough food to eat, a safe place to live and someone put in my path that needs my help in my daily prayers. In my daily meditation, I will visualize a healthy diet and a magnificent home. I will visualize sharing unconditional love with someone that needs my help. I have no greater joy than bringing kindness where there is none.
In my daily meditation I will visualize the physical strength that I get from food. I will feel the rested spirit, grateful for a good nights sleep. I feel joy. The joy is my gift for being who I am. The universe takes care of the rest.
Peaceful thoughts are the foundation of realizing my goals. I am truly amazed by the multitude of results I appreciate by taking just a few steps in the right direction. Sometimes it’s just a matter of visualizing my dreams and taking the appropriate steps.
What a miracle to realize in my lifetime that simple steps toward my goal will bring me closer every day. I will follow in the footsteps of my dreams. I will enjoy a peaceful life filled with abundance while I reach for my goals.
