When I hurt my finger, I put on a band-aid. When I spill the milk I clean it up. I do the same with my life. When I am emotionally wounded, I seek out all the sources of healing that I have. I get on the phone and talk about how I feel with someone who I know to be a good listener.
I will celebrate the healing by doing something that I love doing. While I am doing it, I think about how much I love myself, that I deserve to do things that I love. I will take note of the joy that I feel as I do it. I will feel so much joy that all my thoughts will become joyful thoughts and my entire life will become loving, joyful and abundant.
I am worth knowing. I am interesting. I am passionate. I am kind and loving. I am human. I am a man. I am a child. I have feelings. Don’t hurt them.
I can tell if I like someone, by how I feel when I am around them. I will take the time to listen. If I like what I hear, I will stay. If not, I will go. I will surround myself with people I love being with.
I will visualize the life I desire in quiet meditation
Today I will take 5 minutes to enjoy quiet meditation. I will close my eyes and visualize beauty. Everything I can see, touch, and feel is magnificent. This is my life of abundance and prosperity. I will see that all my needs are met. I will have all the money I need, time to enjoy it, and enough love to share with the world. In quiet meditation I will become aligned with the Universe.
I will carry this feeling with me throughout the day. My awareness has changed through my quiet meditation. I will continue to feel the joy of having all the money, time, and love that I need. I will attract all that I desire. I will feel this way because I really do have all the money, time and love that I need today, and every day.
